Whether Organization Mission Building, Regional Goals or a Small Team Focus: Oft times any given situation allows for a certain level of accountability whether found within the fostering of teamwork, motivating and driving for results, establishing and/or qualifying standards of performance every/all tenets must be measured in combination with both functional and foundation competencies as it relates to the team’s vision and overarching strategy. Everything is a partnership, the relationship is key to this end. I’ve been working professionally, within a leadership capacity, toward those goals since February 1991
Performance & Review Philosophy
Individually, my initial performance and review experience may differ from that of the standard. I might counter that any performance review and/or expectation is best measured with respect to the expectations set forth by the overall vision/mission of an organization. At the end of the day, a performance tool is feedback regarding both performance and organizational goals and best-reviewed at regular intervals. Communication is both key and of primary importance within any and all organizational metrics as identified within the company. Without clearly defined objectives and effectively communicated expectations, any performance review might be considered on its’ own merits irrelevant and of little consequence on the whole. Transparency is key.
Program & Operations Experience
While my experience with regard to independent volunteer/non-profit experiences or corporation strategies may vary, the aim remains consistent. The overall commitment to consumer/patient/customer satisfaction, clinical quality assurance, team development, performance standards and administrative accountabilities remains paramount. A singular partnership through company initiatives, community detailing, business planning, meeting and succession planning and the like represent the overall relationship within the next steps of all operational objectives.
